Phase 1: Planning

The success of a program often hinges on aligning program goals with business objectives and determining program metrics. In this phase, we first analyze the areas of your company that directly translate to revenue won or lost--areas where customer acquisition, satisfaction and retention are at stake--and identify which need the most help.

From there, we begin a systematic analysis of the training quality and proficiency levels to establish what needs to be done to bring the area(s) up to 100% proficiency. We can then envision the ideal state for the area(s) and determine the primary metrics that, when improved, bring the area toward that ideal state.

We follow an exact formula of information gathering, qualifying and codifying and approach every program with the goal of teaching new employees how to do the job as the experts do. The final step of a smooth training roll-out is ensuring the facilities and resources required to deliver are available.
